I will introduce you how the ingredients can be made at home. In the past times people didn't have many ingredients and used their skills to make the best possible meal. The most important thing in Macedonian cuisine is that the dishes are made from only a few ingredients and you must use your imagination to make the testiest dish from the available products. Vegetarians are welcomed. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.

Learn the secrets of Macedonian cuisine, with this unique experience in our cozy village house. You will have an opportunity to put your hands into the flour and prepare the specialties named burek and komat, by kneading the dough. The class is completely hands-on and begins with the introduction of the ingredients over a glass of coffee or wine. Also, the participants will prepare the main meal which is pepper with a fill of meat.
