We are a riad, the old moroccan familiar home in the medina. Walking inside a riad it's like a flashback in the moroccan tradition. Thanks to our cooking experience our guests will go the traditional Mellah cover market where we will buy all the ingredients for our cooking lesson and like in a traditional moroccan family we will cook together with our chef Aicha and they will discover the secrets of moroccan kitchen and culture. On request e have gluten free and vegan options After maximum 1 week our chef they will receive all the recipes by mail
The cooking class will be held in the riad: MONRIAD. We are in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech, near the main square and close to Bahia Palace.. Upon arrival our chefs will be greeted with a tasty and aromatic Moroccan mint tea. We will prepare the shopping list with our chef Aicha and then will jump into the traditional old market (souk) to buy some ingredients. A small tour, walking through aromas of spices and local traditions. Back to the riad we will start to prepare the moroccan menù with with support, explanation and advice of Aicha Usually the home made lunch/dinner will be serve on the terrace with an amazing view on the old city or in the courtyard of the riad. Less than 1 week from the cooking lesson the chef will receive the recipes by mail.

You will make your own way to the meeting points
