Throughout its history, Trapiche has understood like no one else the strength of viticulture in the country. Not only is the natural environment that surrounds the winery worth admiring, but also its Renaissance-style construction that dates back to 1912 and is considered one of the icons of Argentine wine architecture.
Pan & Oliva is Zuelo's gastronomic space, where you can find Tapas, pastas, salads and homemade dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients from its own organic garden. A restaurant that has an essence that is summarized in 3 concepts: restaurant – warehouse – educational site, because with the same passion with which they produce their wines, the Zuccardi family produces excellent varietal olive oils. A 3-course menu specially designed for this tour will be the finishing touch to the day.
