Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
When making a booking, you will need to provide your pickup time and hotel address (suggested departure time from London is at 10:30 am) and the name of the cruise ship. For pick up from Heathrow Airport, you need to provide the flight details and the name of the cruise ship or Southampton hotel.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
- Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.

(15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to change the pickup time. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
