- Please note! This product does not accept urgent orders within 8 hours. If an urgent order is found after booking, it will be canceled. Please make sure to reserve enough time for your booking.
- According to South Korean law, children under 6 years old must use child car seats. Please make sure to request the correct number of child car seats
- The order can be reserved 8 hours at the earliest before departure. The voucher will be issued immediately and automatically
- The pickup and drop-off time can only be changed up to the specified 8 hours before departure time
- The pickup and drop-off location can only be changed up to the specified 5 hours before departure time
- Please accurately fill in your departure time and flight arrival time. For example, if you want to depart at 5:00 pm, but only write "5:00", the driver will be dispatched at 5:00 am. It is not possible to change the time and cancel for free
- Please be sure to fill in the number of people (Adults and children) accurately, and we will select and dispatch vehicles according to the number of people. For example, if there are 6 passengers on-site, but you only ordered for 5 passengers, you may be denied boarding and charged an additional fee because the car type does not match
- Please use English or Korean to fill in the pick-up and drop-off addresses. If you use other languages or provide the wrong address, this may cause the driver to fail to arrive on time or go to the wrong address. Refund requests for these instances will not be granted
- For the pick-up service of flights arriving between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am, please make a reservation at least 2 days before the arrival of the flight. The arrival time of the flight shall prevail (Including the case of temporary flight delay or change of time)

Overtime service
A grace period of 90 minutes applies to airport pickups (Based on flight arrival time), and the grace period for airport drop-offs is 10 minutes (Based on the scheduled drop-off time). Exceeding the grace period will incur a surcharge of KRW10,000/30 minutes. Fees are to be paid on-site
