- This confirmation is for your records and does not need to be presented for redemption. - Please see additional information below: - You will be required to collect your tickets at least 1 hour prior to showtime at the MGM Box Office - You will need to present valid, government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport - Seating begins one hour prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed - Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required - Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited - Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties. - There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available. - RESTRICTED ITEMS: The following items are not permitted in the theater - Bags or backpacks except for small purses (must be less than 12"x 12"), weapons, firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives or mace, smoking including vape devices and electronic cigarettes, animals or pets (accommodations made for service animals), cameras with interchangeable / detachable lens and / or external flash, outside food.
