Viscri
You continue your journey to Viscri (10 km, 10min), one of the most beautiful Saxon Villages and the place where King Charles himself owns a house. Although known to travelers, Viscri is populated by Saxons, Romanians and gypsies, with families going about their regular life in a normal way. The only oddity might be seeing groups of tourists that come to visit the fortified church. Here you can visit the fortified church in the village, part of the UNESCO World Heritage, the local blacksmith and take some time to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. You will have lunch in the yard of a lady who will cook for you traditional dishes with fresh ingredients picked directly from her garden.
