An incredible journey into the heart of rural Ireland and the inner sanctum of the first distillery in Connacht in over 101 years: The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney – The home of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey and other remarkable creations from the curious mind of PJ Rigney. A fully-guided experience including an expert tasting of Drumshanbo Single Pot Irish Whiskey with one of our curious ambassadors and finishing with a refreshing Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and Tonic at the Honey Badger bar in our majestic botanical glasshouse.

The Jackalope Café will be open from 10am-6pm and serves a wide range of delicious local foods, exotic selections from PJ’s many travels, as well as hot & cold beverages.
