Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Children do not have free tickets, so please purchase tickets as usual.

Requirements for entering the ski resort: Please use the ticket on the designated date. The ticket is valid for one use only. You must purchase a new ticket to enter the ski resort after exiting. Please pay attention to the latest business hours of the day and arrange your entry time properly to avoid insufficient playing time.

Warm reminder: During holidays, there will be a large number of visitors. Please arrive at the site in advance to exchange your tickets and queue up to enter the ski resort. During peak hours, the site will control the flow of visitors. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. The time for Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle is calculated from the time you swipe your card at the gate, and the time you exit the gate is the end time. If you exceed the ticket time, it will be considered as overtime. Please pay the difference according to the price announced at the ticket office. (Overtime fee reference: off-season: ¥30/30 minutes; normal season: ¥40/30 minutes; peak season: ¥50/30 minutes. No overtime fee is required within 30 minutes. Overtime fees will be charged for every half hour exceeding 30 minutes. Less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour.)

Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle Date Definition:

Off-season: Dates other than the shoulder season and peak season

Shoulder season: Monday to Friday during the summer vacation (July 1-August 31); Saturday to Sunday except during the summer vacation and statutory holidays; the first 10 days and the last 7 days of the statutory holidays during the Spring Festival; Christmas week (December 20-28)

Peak season: National holidays, Saturdays to Sundays during the summer vacation

2. Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle provides free snow suits, snow shoes, lockers (including wristbands), helmets, and snow cards without deposit. If any are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price posted by the ski resort.

3. Please keep and carry your ski pass with you after entering the ski resort. You need to use the ski pass to collect and return equipment. The ski pass must be collected when leaving the ski resort.

1. Please be sure to bring your valid ID on the day of your trip. If the ID you present on the day of your trip is inconsistent with the ID you used to purchase the ticket, you will be deemed to have automatically waived your ticket rights and will not be able to enter the ski resort and your ticket will not be refunded or changed.

2. Please keep your ticket code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosing or losing your ticket code will result in your inability to enter the ski resort and you will need to purchase another ticket. Please keep your ski pass safe after you take it out. If you lose or damage your ski pass and cannot enter the ski resort or play, you will need to purchase another ticket. During your visit, please keep your ticket at all times and show it to the staff when they check it.

3. This product is limited to tourists playing in the snow entertainment area. Please do not bring ski equipment. Once found, the staff has the right to refuse to bring ski equipment into the ski resort. Do not enter the snow entertainment area wearing ski boots

There are requirements for height, weight, age, and accompaniment for the participants during the project experience. Please choose the appropriate project to play; minors should participate in the experience accompanied by an adult; the restrictions are as follows. If there are any changes, please refer to the ski resort’s announcement for the specific details

(1) Adventure Trail: Only for visitors with a height of 1.4 meters or more and a weight of less than 100 kg. People with acrophobia are not allowed to play

(2) Snow Saucer: One person per round, limited to tourists weighing less than 90 kg. Minors under 1.2 meters in height must be accompanied by an adult. People over 50 years old or with a history of heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that doctors have advised are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

(3) Bumper cars on ice: Minors under 1 meter in height must be accompanied by an adult.

(4) Ice bike: Only for tourists with a height of 1 meter or above

(5) Flower Sea Snow Circle: Only for visitors with a height of 1.2 meters or above and a weight of less than 110 kg. Visitors over 50 years old or with a history of heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, lumbar fracture, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that doctors have advised are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

(6) Ice slide: Only for guests over 1.2 meters tall. People over 50 years old or with a history of heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that doctors have advised are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

1. Some of the attractions in the venue are quite thrilling. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or a disease that your doctor has told you is not suitable for strenuous exercise, or you are pregnant, drinking, or taking medication that affects your behavior, please choose to play carefully according to your actual physical condition.

2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when playing. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in thrilling ice and snow activities.

3. Please carefully read and consciously abide by all safety tips, venue rules, and instructions for the use of amusement facilities, such as the "Entrance Instructions" and "Snow Entertainment Project Instructions" at the ski resort; please pay attention to and abide by the project playing instructions, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker broadcasts and other instructions posted on site

4. Please use the on-site amusement equipment and facilities in a standardized manner and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. Please pay attention to safety at all times during the game (pay attention to avoidance, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.), and do not stay in the stop area or buffer area of the game project

5. In order to avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not do the following:

(1) Playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conducting skiing lessons without reporting or obtaining permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live broadcasting, personal peddling, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for the purpose of resale, etc., or improper use for other purposes

(2) Permitting others to use the rights and interests of your products by giving, reselling or lending them.

(3) Any dangerous, illegal or offensive behavior

(4) Any behavior that seriously affects the normal operation of the ski resort or seriously affects the personal and property safety of others

(5) Other improper conduct

If the above situation occurs, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without incurring any liability for breach of contract such as compensation:

(1) You will be included in the tourist blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle blacklist (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle), the Hot Snow Miracle brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter the Hot Snow Miracle ski resorts and other cooperatively operated ski resorts in various places), and the industry alliance blacklist

(2) Your products and rights will be revoked, invalidated or frozen, and the remaining unused period/fees will not be extended, postponed or refunded.

(3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged. If the penalty is not enough to compensate for the loss, we will continue to pursue compensation.

6. Smoking is prohibited in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes or other products that produce smoke). To create a good playing environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise the ski resort will put you on the tourist blacklist and prohibit you from entering the park for 15 days.

7. Please cooperate with the security check before entering. Please do not bring inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, state-controlled equipment, and items that pose safety hazards. Individual sales by tourists are prohibited in the ski resort, and please do not bring excessive items. Take-out food, beverages, drinking water and other foods (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues, so please finish eating before entering.

8. If any abnormality or failure occurs during the operation of the facilities and equipment in the ski resort, it needs to be stopped for inspection. Some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In the above situation, no ticket extension or refund will be made.

9. Due to capacity, bad weather, special events, safety or order, the ski resort's operating hours or the availability of attractions will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcement of the ski resort on the day of the visit.
