  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Latecomers will not be able to participate in the tour. No reschedules, cancellations, or refunds will be granted
  • There may be a 10 to 15-minute gap in the pickup time in case of heavy traffic. Please exercise caution on the day of the tour
  • In case of emergencies on the day of departure (including failure to find the meeting point), you may contact +886-965746162
  • If you request to reschedule within 3 days of your scheduled tour due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay ₩20,000 on the day of departure
  • You can get close to the alpacas for about 15 minutes, take a walk, and take a group photo at an additional fee of ₩10,000 per alpaca
