Full Day Private Tour of Beaujolais by vintage Land Rover
Board our vintage Land Rovers and let's head into the back roads of Beaujolais. We'll take you through the best of what Beaujolais has to offer: private medieval castles, wineries, local craftsmen, local producers (honey, cheese, cold cuts, truffles, etc.). Beaujolais has 10 crus (top wines); we can cover most of them in that full day.
Lunch will either be in a local restaurant or on a picnic we'll set up in the vineyards. We focus on what we love, which is usually food, wine, anecdotes, history, architecture, and landscapes.
We'll stop in a vineyard to open a few bottles of wine and taste local cold cuts and cheese with a gorgeous view of the region.
All our rides are private and tailor-made, so we'll happily adjust the above to your centers of interest.

The most feminine cru of Beaujolais region, a quaint village with more wine shops than you can imagine.
Saint-Amour-Bellevue
The most romantic stop of our day out, we'll see a medieval church and tell you why Japanese people come here to renew their vows
Chenas
A lesser known cru of Beaujolais with a castle that has a fantastic World War 1 anecdote.

- We'll add cold cuts and cheese, all local and picked by us, to the wine tasting

You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 45 minutes before departure time.
Meeting / End Points
- We will provide on request courtesy return train tickets from Lyon, with timetable and directions to meet with us in Belleville en Beaujolais. At the end of our day, we'll ensure you're on time at the station for an easy train ride back into Lyon.
