Full-Day Private Fishing Adventure in Madeira

Catch the fish of a lifetime in the calm waters of Madeira on the south side of the island. Madeira is traditionally one of the few places in the world where you can catch a true real big Blue Marlin.The average size of the fish here are over 500 lb's. Madeira is also home to several species of Tuna which also grow very big and are guaranteed to give you a real fight before being caught. Boca Raton is a fully equipped Big Game boat and carries all the equipment necessary to catch these big fish. We use 130 lb Custom built rods and Shimano & Penn 80 lb reels. The boat is equipped with a fighting chair and outriggers and is crewed by professionals who understand the challenges of catching these big fish. The crew are hugely passionate about their fishing so we will do our best to get you on that " fish of a lifetime". We operate on a catch & release basis for all Billfish which means that we will release all Blue Marlin if this is possible. Naturally we will try and make sure you get the perfect picture of the fish before it is released Madeira is home to many world records and has won the Blue Marlin World Cup several times in the last few years.
