From the famous Castro Alves Square, or as we call it here "a praça do povo”(people’s square), we will start our journey together discovering why Salvador is such a magical place. The Municipal Square, Lacerda Elevator and the Fallen Cross from where we have breath taking views of the Bay of All Saints and Itaparica Island. Centenary churches like the Cathedral and rich ones like São Francisco will definitely be part of our itinerary. Now it’s time for a refreshing coconut water on our way into the heart of the Historical Center, the Pelourinho Square where we will visit the Baian Gastronomy Museum to learn about the African influence through the different typical dishes. This is a very complete and rich tour and a “must do” if you want to learn about our city.
