2. Is there a card charge limit?

Pay balance and transportation balance per card are 500,000 KRW each. You can recharge up to 500,000 KRW at any time and use it.

3. What is the validity period after purchasing QR?

Please issue a custom card issuance certificate (QR) as a physical card within 5 years of purchase at Over The Planet.

5. What kind of company is Namane Card Company? Can you trust the company?

I-Aurora, which sells Namane Card, is an electronic financial company that has registered for 'issuing and managing prepaid electronic means of payment' and is issuing and managing prepaid cards under the management of the Financial Supervisory Service.

Prepayments deposited by customers are disclosed on the website in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Service's 'User Fund Protection Guidelines for Electronic Financial Companies'. In addition, customers' prepaid charge is guaranteed through payment guarantee insurance.
