8:15am - 8:30am : Local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An and then visit Tra Que Traditional Vegetable Village. You'll learn different kinds of the organic local herbs, see the daily farmer work, try to be a farmer and enjoy tea in the atmosphere there. 10am: Take you to Local Market to see a crowded and bustling morning market. You'll communicate with local traders, learn how to bargain and select the best fresh ingredients with good quality for your meal. 11:00am: Take you to Cooking House and enjoy the welcome drinks. Afterwards, Attend a cooking class and learn how to cook Vietnamese Food & valuable cooking skills from our local guide. Handing on cooking by yourself and enjoy all dishes you cooked. 13:30 -14:00: finish class and return to your hotel.

MAIN - Grilled Fish in banana leaves

Grilled marinated fillet Fish with turmeric, shallot, garlic, spring onion, chili, spices and served with Tra Que’s Local Herbs and steamed rice
