What's included in Cook with Katerina: Authentic Greek Home Cooking Class in Athens

This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Katerina will welcome you with a warm smile and a very Greek aperitif of olive, cheese, and home-made hummus served with toasted oregano pita (traditional Greek bread). Katerina’s kitchen is small, so you may use the dinning table to prep your ingredients for the cooking class. In your 1.5 hours, hands-on cooking class learn to make a salad, dip and main dish, that you will be eating together later. During your cooking class, you will learn more about cooking a traditional Greek meal using family recipes and secret tips that Katerina will share! She also likes using local and seasonal ingredients and will even share the origin of ingredients and how it is used in Greek cooking.
