In this tour you can meet 2 indigenous communities of the State of Chiapas and do activities. You will appreciate the church of San Sebastián in Zinacantán. Subsequently, an indigenous family will show us how artisans make beautiful textiles, recognized for their beauty and color. We will also taste their famous Pox drink, brandy made from corn. We continue to San Juan Chamula; there the fusion between the Catholic Church and Mayan pre-Hispanic traditions is lived, and we will visit the San Juan Bautista Church, observing with respect their unique rites and traditions.

We will start by visiting the Mayan-Tzotziles villages of the highlands of Chiapas. We will arrive at the indigenous municipality of Zinacantán (place of bats), to appreciate the church of Saint Sebastian. Subsequently an indigenous family will teach us how artisans make the beautiful textiles, recognized for their beauty and colorful. We will also taste your famous drink Pox, brandy made from corn.
