- Minimum of 4 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 18:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail
- Children aged under 3 can ride for free but please note their participation in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking and provide verification documents. Failure to inform in advance or match the child's age in the order will incur a ₩30,000 transport fee per guest
- An additional fee of ₩20,000/traveler applies to departure date reschedule 3 days prior to the original departure date, fees to be paid on-site on the day of tour
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before the pick-up time. Latecomers will not be able to join the tour and will not be able to request order changes, cancellations or refund
- The actual pick-up time may be delayed 10 -15 mins due to traffic conditions, please consider before booking
- The festival time and farm opening time are subject to the weather on the day. If the weather turns bad or attractions are closed due to force majeure after the tour has commenced, , other attractions will be arranged instead and travellers will not be refunded
- Travellers must provide messaging app contact so the tour guide can reach out for confirmation before the tour (LINE/WeChat: Please turn on "Allow others to add me")
- For any emergency on the day of the tour (if you can't find the meeting point, etc.), please contact +886-965746-162 for assistance
- It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

Important Information
- Children aged 2 and below can enter for free, provided they do not occupy a seat and do not include entrance fees. Please note that showing proof of age is required. Each group is allowed to bring only 1 child free of charge. Please specify the number of children in your party in the 'Notes' section when booking
- Skiers must be aged 7 or older. Those under the age of 7 are eligible for the "Sledding" package or the "Transportation Only" package
- Please be aware that there may be queues as the skiing package is a group activity. Please consider this before booking
- Kindly note that no changes can be made to early discount bookings.
- The early discount is applicable only to the ski and sledding packages, excluding the "Transportation Only" package
