It takes about 3 to 3.5 hours from Taman Negara to KLCC Petronas Twin Tower, and another 4 to 4.5 hours from KLCC park to Johor Bahru immigration before heading to Singapore

You will just stay in the vehicle during the immigration checkpoint clearance procedures as driver will take car lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter and driver will advise you on that.
