Participate as vendors pull Queen Conch from her shell a term locals call "conch cracking" and sample traditional conch salad along the way. Journey on to become a certified Bahamian Bahama mama or papa as your journey brings you to Goombay House Cooking Studio where you will enjoy a cooking class with a certified chef, and you will prepare a traditional Bahamian dish! During this cooking session you will get to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.

- From the cruise terminal or your current location, head east on Bay Street. Look for the iconic pink colonial-style buildings with white trim. Keep walking east until you see a light yellow plaza on your left. "Elizabeth on Bay". Walk towards the back and its unit #12 on the left.
