At the Valle Grande Dam, you will enjoy the mystical formations that awaken the imagination, such as 'The Ghost', 'The Valley of the Lost Monks' and the intriguing 'Witches' Table', among many others. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the southern part of the province of Mendoza knowing the Canyon of the Atuel River. Cross the Uco Valley, an important area of agriculture and livestock, until you reach San Rafael, in the southern part of the province of Mendoza.

- Due to the storm that hit the south of Mendoza on January 11, Provincial Route 173 had serious damage to its infrastructure, and part of the Route is closed for repairs. The excursion route is affected by this closure, the El Nihuil Reservoir will not be visited.
