This bustling outdoor market is more than just a place to shop; it's where you can truly immerse yourself in the flavors and daily life of Kyrgyzstan. From fresh food products and spices to an array of local delicacies, Osh Bazaar offers an authentic taste of the region. After exploring Osh Bazaar, we'll continue our culinary adventure at a cozy, family-run restaurant known for its exceptional tea brewed in a traditional Russian samovar. Here, you’ll get to taste Kattama bread, a cherished element of Kyrgyz cuisine. Kattama is a crispy, golden brown flatbread made from a simple blend of flour, water, and salt, cooked to perfection on a hot griddle. The combination of this warm, flavorful bread with aromatic tea from the samovar offers a genuine and delightful breakfast experience, letting you savor the true essence of local dining traditions.
After enjoying our delicious first meal, we will take a leisurely walk to discover some of Bishkek's most famous landmarks. Our journey will take us to Ala-Too Square, where we can see the impressive Guard of Honor, and the Monument of Manas near the Kyrgyz History Museum.
