3-Hour Buenos Aires Empanadas and Alfajores Cooking Class
You will learn how to prepare and host a mate circle "como la gente" as local people do it. Learn how to close the empanadas with the different techniques of "repulgue". You can prepare everything yourself or watch us do it, at your preference. And while we prepare and eat everything you will be able to talk about the local culture with a certified guide of the city of Buenos Aires. The alfajor is a typical pastry from argentina, many types exist, we make them with corn starch and the unavoidable dulce de leche.
