      The maximum reception limit for face-to-face hand-kneading and billowing group classes is 30 and 20 people respectively.

    *No cancellations, refunds or changes to orders.

    • Classes canceled or changed due to black rain, typhoon signal No. 8/10, or the epidemic will be rescheduled within six months.
    • You need to attend on time to allow enough time for shaping and coloring. The class will not be postponed due to lateness.
    • If you are late for more than 30 minutes or are absent, the class will be canceled on that day and no make-up class or refund will be given. *You must be 3 years old or above to participate in the hand-making experience, while the billowing experience is limited to those over 6 years old.
