Customers will have to reach the volcano by themselves with public transport or with their own car (up to 800 meters) and then at 1000 meters they will meet an "Around Vesuvius" operator in a yellow shirt who will deliver the book and the printed tickets. *IMPORTANT: one guidebook is expected for every two reservations
