  • The time and date stated on the timed entrance ticket dictates its validity. Once the date and time have passed, the ticket is invalidated

  • Each timed ticket is valid for 90 minutes. However, please ensure you arrive within 30 minutes of your allotted time slot to be granted entry. Those who arrive past this time will not be allowed in.

  • Suitcases, rucksacks, bags, umbrellas, and other large objects are not permitted and should be left in the designated lockers and storage room
