  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
  • To avoid disappointment, we advise travelers to check the validity of their entry documents before departure
  • A bag inspection will be conducted before entering the park for safety reasons. Large bags, coolers, and outside food are prohibited, except for bottled water, fruit, and baby food
  • Due to the pandemic, the operating hours of each attraction are subject to change
  • Children under 8 must use a car seat in certain vehicles to comply with local laws. Contact the travel agency for car seat rental or vehicle confirmation
  • Weather and traffic conditions may cause changes to the itinerary
  • Drop-off time may be delayed due to traffic, so please avoid scheduling other activities or flights on the tour day
  • Refunds or compensation for tour delays caused by force majeure, such as weather, transportation, equipment failure, or strike, will not be offered
  • Travelers are responsible for their baggage's safety, and partial refunds will only be offered for baggage lost or damaged due to vehicle mechanical failures
  • Compensation will be provided for bus delays, but no portion of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will provide compensation details on-site, and travelers should comply with them

  • In accordance with local regulations, children under 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a Business/High Roof/Flat Roof Bus is used, children below 8 will be charged as adults. However, free admission is available for children below 2 years old who do not occupy a seat
