The exhibition hall does not provide luggage storage services and is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
Some areas of the exhibition are open for photography, but flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses and stabilizers are prohibited in the entire exhibition area. Commercial photography and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the toilet in the hall before entering the exhibition hall.
Please follow the visiting route, exhibition rules and instructions of on-site staff. If there are many people, please queue up in order.
Playing, running and eating are prohibited in the exhibition area. Please do not bring food or drinks into the exhibition area. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets is prohibited at the exhibition area. If there is any inappropriate behavior and persuasion is ineffective, you must leave the venue immediately without any objection. No compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
Pets (except guide dogs), large luggage, baby strollers, long-handled umbrellas, and all kinds of dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition hall. Patting or touching exhibits and display cabinets is prohibited in the exhibition hall. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required.
There are staff members at designated locations to maintain order in the exhibition area. If you see any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours, content and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan page announcement. If there are any matters not covered above, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event
