An eSIM, or embedded SIM card, is a digital version of a traditional SIM card. Unlike physical SIM cards that require insertion into a phone's slot, eSIMs are embedded directly into the device. To activate an eSIM, you simply scan a QR code. This allows you to download data plans without needing a physical card. Even if your phone doesn't have dual SIM slots, you can use multiple phone numbers on the same device.
Inclusions
- Before installing eSIM, please make sure to connect to WiFi or mobile network to scan the QR Code or enter it manually to join the mobile plan.
- How to calculate the number of days: Assuming that it is activated at 09:00 on the 1st, the first day ends at 23:59 on the 1st; the card will expire at 12 o'clock in the evening on the selected days, and the time calculation is based on the local time.
- Please install according to the instructions. Do not jump out of the screen during the process to avoid misjudgment by the phone and causing the eSIM plan to be deleted.
- A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone and cannot be changed after binding.
- For iPhone, please delete the description file (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid being unable to use it smoothly.
- If the eSIM plan is not fully used or the plan is deleted without the judgment of customer service staff, reissue and refund will not be possible.
- The quality of telecommunications networks in different countries varies, and the base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. The region and telecommunications construction of each country are different. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas.
- If it cannot be used when you arrive at your destination, please contact line customer service. After-sales service cannot be handled after returning to your country.
