Itinerary

Bukchon Hanok Village

Bukchon Hanok Village is a place in Seoul where many old traditional houses are located. Walking through Bukchon, you will be able to see a variety of workshops and shops built on the traditional Korean house called "Hanok". It is also naturally connected to the Korean Traditional Restaurant where you visit and taste Korean Traditional dishes at first.

Built around 1900, this is a 'Hanok' building with preservation value made with the best technology of its time, and was known as the home of a powerful family at the time. It is currently managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and due to its beautiful architecture, it is sometimes used as a filming location for K-Movies.

The birthplace of Korea's second president, Yun Bo-seon, it is famous for being a well-built Hanok mansion that is rare in Seoul, as well as being large. Yun's granddaughter-in-law currently lives there, and it is maintained with funds from the National Trust.
