We begin at a hidden sushi restaurant, where a skilled Itamae prepares fresh, beautiful sushi before your eyes. Next, we head to a Yakiniku spot near Shinjuku West or Kabuki-cho to grill mouthwatering Wagyu beef on traditional Japanese BBQ stoves.
As we stroll through neon-lit Kabuki-cho, the tour wraps up at a local snack bar or cozy bar, with dessert or a drink to finish. You’ll leave full, happy, and with a deeper appreciation of Tokyo’s culinary scene.

Here, you can opt for the Omakase style (the chef's choices), entrusting the seasoned sushi chef to serve you the season's finest creations. Navigating Shinjuku's bustling streets, filled with people, restaurants, accommodations, and attractions, finding an authentic Japanese eatery can be a challenge, even for locals.
Kabukicho District
Let's walk through and feel the vibes of Tokyo's nightlife Kabukicho is a popular entertainment district well known as a nightspot for adults. Small clubs, smoke-filled pubs, and late-night snack bars are clustered in the lantern-lined alleys of Golden Gai!
