Learn to make Japan's most iconic food in a real Tokyo home kitchen. Experience the culture of Japan as though you were a local with your host, Emi. She will teach you not only how to make delicious sushi, but also about what its like to live in Japan. Learn about the food culture of a country famous for its subtle flavors and unique dishes. Head over to Emi's house for a taste of the local life. Learn the tips and tricks of making sushi by hand with her professional guidance. If you're interested, you can even add some authentic sake to the mix. Make a delicious meal then take home a book of recipes to use after you get back to your own home-sweet-home.
