How to get there
By bus: Yilan or Luodong transfer station, take the bus there
By train: Take the Northern Loop train, get off at Luodong Station, and then rent a car to go there
By car: Take Taipei's Northern Coastal Highway Provincial Highway 2, enter from Cucheng, take Provincial Highway 9 to Luodong, turn right onto Huanzhen Road and connect to Zhongshan West Road Provincial Highway 7C toward Sanxing and go straight to Tiansongpi and then follow the signs to Changpi lake
By car: From Taipei, take Xindian Beiyi Highway to Provincial Highway 9. After reaching Luodong, turn right onto Huanzhen Road and connect to Provincial Highway 7C at Zhongshan West Road towards Sanxing. Go straight to Tiansongpi and then follow the signs to Changpi Lake.
