We have a lovely, spacious cooking studio on a big piece of land complete with an outside relaxing area and our own garden. Our location is in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees. We have a vegetable garden as well as a rural atmosphere within the city. Discover all the secrets to cooking delicious and authentic Thai food with our cooking class. We will take you to visit a lovely local market where you will learn about the different ingredients and experience the local culture. We have an air-conditioned dining room, tables outside as well as well-trained instructors in English. We deliver quality service to all of our guests and include hassle-free pickup and drop-off from your Chiang Mai hotel.

Begins with a quick pick you up from your accommodation to the Galangal Cooking Studio, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time. Join us for a 30-45 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Before cooking, take a stroll through an organic farm and witness how herbs and vegetables are cultivated in Thailand. Hand-pick ingredients for your desired dish and receive a quick introduction to herbs. After that, you will be ready to start your lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. Savor a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.
