Our kitchen is located in the heart of Tokyo (a short walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Sta.: 8 mins from Shibuya), so you won’t be affected much by the weather!

A certified instructor guides you through easy recipes using traditional Japanese fermented ingredients, with an in-depth lecture in a small-group setting.

The class is just 2 hours long, making it perfect even for busy travelers!

In the summer season, we’ll make cold noodles—a classic Japanese summer dish—and refreshing cold miso soup. You’ll be amazed! We also have a vegan option by request.

MAIN - Cold-style noodles with pork (or deep fried tofu for vegans) for summer version

Try somen, thin wheat vermicelli, a typical Japanese summer dish. You will be amazed. For vegans, we use tofu instead of pork on a request basis.

STARTER - Miso soup (Cold version!)

We make cold-style miso soup for summer version! Discover the new and delicious taste!
