- Rooms are provided on a single, double, or twin-sharing basis by default. For a group of 3 people, a triple-sharing room (Double Bed + Extra Bed) will be assigned by default. Additional charges will apply if two or three people prefer separate room
- A mandatory Gala dinner fee applies on New Year's Eve, Christmas, and from December 24 to January 4 annually
- Please adhere to the Elephant Conservation Centre's policies—riding is strictly prohibited, unsupervised feeding is not allowed, and touching is permitted only with staff guidance if they approved
