Purchase Summary
- If you need to postpone the experience, you must notify us at least 7 days before the experience day. The product cannot be postponed for more than 20 days. You cannot change the original car model or request to change the number of vehicles and models on the grounds of increasing or decreasing the number of people. For shared rides, we cannot accept changes to reduce the number of people.
- If the notification is made within 6 days (inclusive) before the travel experience date, no extension will be accepted. If cancelled, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
- If you postpone your reservation, please note that the price difference during weekdays, consecutive holidays, or peak tourist seasons such as winter and summer vacations and New Year holidays must be borne by the VIP. Please refer to the optional date sales prices on the website.
- If you purchase the "Hehuanshan Dark Sky Park Stargazing Experience", the shuttle bus will pick you up at the "drop-off location" you filled in when placing the order. If you need to be picked up at a different location, please specify it in the order notes.
- Detailed pick-up information and driver contact information will be provided one day before departure.
- During a full moon, the light pollution from the moon may make the stars less clear. If you mind, please confirm in advance that the tour time is not a full moon.
- The Dark Sky Park tour may be affected by weather and cloud thickness and may not be possible. At 17:00 on the day of the activity, the supplier will send a professional driver to the Dark Sky Park to check the weather conditions. If the weather is not good and the tour cannot be carried out, the supplier will notify the passengers at 18:00, cancel the stargazing tour and refund the stargazing tour fee.
- If the Dark Sky Park stargazing trip cannot be carried out, we cannot ask the activity provider to cover the accommodation expenses.
- You can choose to return to your homestay or the Visitor Center for the Cingjing shuttle. Passengers who choose to get off at the Visitor Center need to arrange their own transportation back to the homestay.

- The vehicle for this service does not have barrier-free facilities and is not recommended for passengers with limited mobility. Wheelchairs, non-foldable strollers and large sports equipment cannot be brought on board.
