Taiping Mountain will conduct road control during snowy periods, and only nine-passenger vehicles can travel. Customers will be notified in advance according to weather conditions. If travel encounters snow restrictions, snow chains will need to be installed at the foot of Taiping Mountain. This cost will be shared by the passengers in the group on the same day (the installation fee for a car ranges from about NT$ 3000-4000). The payment depends on the on-site conditions. If the passenger does not agree, they can choose to move to another date or receive a refund.

- During snowy periods, national holidays, or weekends, traffic control may be implemented at Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area. To maximize the time to enjoy the snowy scenery, the departure time will be changed to 06:00 at Taipei Station, M8 exit (The actual departure time will be confirmed by customer service one day before departure).
- In case of restricted access to Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area due to snowfall, alternative arrangements will be provided.
- For safety reasons, the tour is not recommended for travelers aged 70+ or with mobility issues or health concerns; it is required that they are accompanied by family members or friends to participate in the tour.
- Seat assignments will be based on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accommodated.
- In the event of traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, itinerary routes or durations at each attraction may be adjusted accordingly.
- Please ensure punctuality at each attraction. Refunds will not be issued for participants unable to continue the tour due to personal lateness or other reasons.
