Be aware of the traffic in the city, plan to arrive early. Zero tollerance policy with delays, the boat will not wait for you. Departure time is the booked time on your ticket. No refunds or reschedules if the customer arrives after departure time. Make sure to find a restroom if you need one before meeting the crew, there’s an emergency toilet on board that you can use but it’s advised to find one before the tour.

- Meet our crew 15 minutes before your tour`s departure at Gate 1 underneath the 25th of april Bridge (the one that looks like the Golden Gate) there`s also a padel court in front of the meeting point
