Opened in 1935, it offers the best beef of the day to gourmets looking for the best. Their signature dish, sukiyaki, is made with premium Japanese black beef. To bring out the best of the meat, homemade sauces are combined with local ingredients such as Hokkaido vegetables and tofu, as well as seasonal flavors.
