Starting in Reykjavik, the Viking Trail leads you to Selfoss and Hvollsvöllur, transitioning from lowlands to mountains with views of glaciers and volcanoes. The Westman Islands allure from the scenic coastline. Stops include Seljalandsfoss, where you can walk behind the waterfall, and the hidden Gljúfrabúi. Next is Skógarfoss, with its majestic 60-meter drop, followed by a visit to Vík í Mýrdal, offering panoramic views from its church. After exploring Reynisfjara's black-sand beaches and witnessing the powerful Atlantic waves, the journey continues to Sólheimajökull glacier, before concluding back in Reykjavik, reflecting on the day’s adventures.
