4:00PM - Meet at Shimokitazawa station After a brief self-introduction and orientation, we’ll begin a walking tour of Shimokitazawa. We’ll explore both the old and new sides of the neighborhood, including its unique culture of music and theater.Strolling through charming shopping streets lined with independent shops, we’ll stop by interesting spots like vintage clothing stores, variety shops, and cozy cafes. Shimokitazawa isn’t just a tourist area; it’s a place where real people live and work—get a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals.

5:30PM - Dinner at “Fujin”, Izakaya, or Japanese-style pub After the walk, we’ll head to “Fujin,” a beloved Japanese restaurant that has been part of Shimokitazawa’s culinary scene for over 30 years.
