Insider Tips:
For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
For luggage delivery to/from hotel, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
For luggage delivery from hotel, upon checkout, drop off your luggage at the front desk and inform hotel that LuggAgent will pick up the luggage (please take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel)
For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on-site

For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
