Your trip to Auschwitz will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment. The journey from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1,5 hour. Information about the driver who will pick you up the phone numbers to him and the color of the vehicle that will pick you up, you will receive the day before the planned trip.
You start the tour by visiting Auschwitz. Our driver will show you the entrance to the Museum, we will also give you an entrance ticket to the Museum. Everyone will get a book in their chosen language (18 languages available). In Auschwitz you will see permanent exhibitions and buildings. Here you can spend 2 hours.
After your visit to the Auschwitz Museum, our driver will pick you up and drive you to the next Birkenau camp. Here you will continue your visit to the Museum. Here you will spend 1,5 hours. Here you will see barracks, crematoria, gas chambers and the unloading platform (ramp). After the sightseeing tour, your driver will pick you up and you will return to Krakow.

The winter season runs from October to March: Pickup time between 10AM-12PM The summer season runs from April to September: Pickup time between 12PM-2PM On the day of tour you don't need anything you only need this confirmation. DO NOT forget to take your Passport or ID card or any document with your photograph and name on it. Museum Auschwitz Birkenau requires the visitors to have such a document with you. The maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm.
