We will start at W.E.B. DuBois, a memorial Centre for Pan-African Culture is a memorial place. It was named after William Edward Burghardt Du Bois who was an African-American civil rights activist and later became a citizen of Ghana in the 1960s. He is often known as the ‘Father of Pan-Africanism’.
