- Our operations office is located at the Village at Pinnacle Peak: Suite F-103. Please arrive 30 minutes before the reservation start time. The meeting location will be on the west side of the Shell gas pumps.

Important, read carefully: Our operations office is at the Village at Pinnacle Peak: 8711 E Pinnacle Peak Road Suite F-103, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Google maps/rideshare maps are sometimes inaccurate. Ensure that you are going to the Village at Pinnacle Peak, near the intersection of Pinnacle Peak Rd and Pima Rd. Double check by typing Off-Road Jeep Adventures into Google maps or rideshare app to verify that you are going to the correct location. Check-in: Please arrive 30 minutes before the reservation start time. The reservation start time is the final boarding call. If you arrive after the reservation start time, we will be unable to accommodate your group. No refunds or reschedules will be issued to late arrivals. Ride share: Uber/Lyft drivers tend to be late; please arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the reservation start time. No refunds or reschedules will be issued to late arrivals. Meeting location: Due to health concerns, we are NOT meeting at our office. We will meet outdoors on west side of the Shell gas pumps of the Village at Pinnacle Peak. There is free parking available in the parking lot on the west side of the Shell gas pumps. Our off-road Jeep tours are very BUMPY, jarring rides through rough terrain. Please ensure that your party understands that this Jeep tour is a very bumpy ride. This is a guide-led tour; guests will NOT drive the Jeeps. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory (no sandals). This tour is NOT suitable for guests with major health issues, back problems, neck problems, motion sickness, expectant mothers, or any other health issue. Please ensure that this experience is suitable for every guest in your party. This is a low-speed sightseeing tour; tour guides will NOT perform any dangerous tricks or maneuvers. Bottled water and 21+ alcoholic beverages (1 per guest) are included. Glass containers are prohibited. No pets. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver.
