Baron Palace

The Baron Empain Palace (Arabic: قصر البارون إمبان, "Qasr el Baron Emban"), also known as Le Palais Hindou (lit. 'The Hindu Palace'), is a distinctive and historic Hindu temple-inspired mansion in Heliopolis, a suburb northeast of central Cairo, Egypt. It was founded by Édouard Empain, a Belgian businessman who was awarded the title of "Baron" by the King of Belgium due to his contribution to the Paris Metro and tramway lines connecting Belgium, Northern France, and the Netherlands.

Abdeen Palace Museum

Abdeen District is the home of Abdeen Palace (Arabic: قصر عابدين), a 19th-century Cairo palace built by Khedive Ismail and served as the Egyptian royal household's primary official residence from 1874 until the July Revolution in 1952.[1] Since then it has been of the presidential palaces.[1] The palace is centered in its eponymous district, administratively part of the Western Area of Cairo,[2] and part of the Khedival Cairo Area of Value[3] to the west of Historic Cairo.

Manial Palace Museum

The Manial Palace and Museum is a former Alawiyya dynasty era palace and grounds on Rhoda Island on the Nile. It is of Ottoman architecture and located in the Sharia Al-Saray area in the El-Manial district of southern Cairo, Egypt. The palace and estate has been preserved as an Antiquities Council directed historic house museum and estate, reflecting the settings and lifestyle of the late 19th- and early 20th-century Egyptian royal prince and heir apparent. The residence compound, composed of five separate and distinctively styled buildings, is surrounded by Persian gardens within an extensive English Landscape garden estate park, along a small branch of the Nile.
