Departure Point: For International arrivals: After you pass baggage carousels and continue on through customs, please follow the signs to the Exit/Greeting Area to the right where you will notice 2 (two) 20 foot tall carved red cedar Aboriginal figures welcoming guests to Vancouver where your driver/representative will be holding a sign with your name on it. For Domestic arrivals: Your driver / representative will be waiting at the BAGGAGE CLAIM of your airline, holding a sign with your name on it. Return Point:Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.
