Passenger names and accurate weights are required for operational purposes. Any deviation from the declared weights (within reason), may incur a surcharge or result in your flight being rescheduled. If an individual passenger's weight exceeds 110kgs a surcharge may apply, and any passenger exceeding 135kgs as weighed by Volcanic Air will be required to pay two adult fares.
Wear comfortable closed in walking shoes and clothes appropriate to the conditions on the day. It is always a good idea to bring a light jacket, water, sunscreen and of course a camera! Due to limited cabin capacity, bags and packs will not be permitted on board. Any essential items may will be stored by your pilot.
If passengers become unwell before the flight, please advise Volcanic Air promptly and we will do our best to reschedule for another time.
