Ticket Redemption
Our company utilizes the lead traveler name to admit groups to the boat. That lead traveler must be present, and the number of passengers paid will be admitted to the boat for the excursion. All sales are final when booked and paid unless the booked excursion is cancelled for weather. We only cancel an excursion for weather if the Navy prohibits boats from going out for weather related reasons. If we are unable to book a different date and time, we issue a full refund when a weather cancellation occurs.
